      Add the notable 3.0 features to the docs:

      *  Asynchronous enumeration - worth calling it by name in https://docs.couchbase.com/dotnet-sdk/current/howtos/n1ql-queries-with-sdk.html#streaming-large-result-sets  ... and adding a code example.
      (and C#7 equiv - see also DOC-7117 )

      • Mention Linq2 Couchbase - in (yet-to-be-written) Integrations page; also link from getting started?
