documentation appears completely wrong for SDK 3.1

    Description

      SDK 3.1 doesn't support `new couchbase.Cluster()`.

      `couchbase.connect()` seems to be correct way to instantiate, according to the SDK API.

      Since the VERY first chunk of code documented for usage of the SDK appears incorrect, I'm forced to wonder how much of the rest of the SDK is incorrectly documented. All of it?
