Add Views Section into Dev Guide

    Description

      We need the following sections added to the developer guide for 4.0:

      Views and Indexes:http://docs.couchbase.com/admin/admin/Views/views-intro.html
      Can we retitle it and add it to the Developer Guide Section as "Map-Reduce Views"? We should also link to this new section from the Administration Guide and Concepts in Archiecture, and Reference Guides. It also needs to be udpated slightly to reference gsi as well.
      Currently, in 4.0 docs we have no information on how to write views.
