Query monitoring is an EE feature only, doc is saying it is EE and CE

    Description

      On https://docs.couchbase.com/server/current/tools/query-monitoring.html, it is stated that "Starting version 6.5, Query Monitoring is available in both Enterprise and Community Editions.". This is incorrect. With https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/MB-40630, Query Monitoring will be a EE only feature.
