            I think the latter?
            Is this referring to the first line of https://docs.couchbase.com/nodejs-sdk/current/ref/client-settings.html
            with its links to the libcouchbase settings in the API guide?

            I'm assuming so, and marking this issue dependent upon DOC-5209 - please comment if this is not the case.
