Support Matrix Conflicts

The Java 2.6 support matrix changes between 2.7 and current:

https://docs.couchbase.com/java-sdk/2.7/compatibility-versions-features.html

The Node documentation reads the same for 2.6 between current and 2.7.

While both of these are EOL, the matrix is confusing.
