doc behavior for to/from JSON/Fleece

    Description

      On the Android platform, at least, storing and recovering data in a document (Fleece) or converting that document to JSON and back, can have odd side-effects. Large Floats may be converted to Doubles. Interpreting data as boolean can behave inconsistently. And so on.

      We should probably at least warn users about this and, possibly, documents some of combinations as unsafe.
