Sync Gateway Setup: Couchbase CE doesn't have sync_gateway RBAC role (yet)

    Description

      The Couchbase Server setup for Sync Gateway RBAC roles don't mention that the sync_gateway role is only available in EE (at least until MB-40298), which might trip CE users up when trying to follow the 6.6 setup guide.
