.NET SDK documentation missing read from replica methods

The 3.x .NET SDK documentation is very light in terms of the error condition handling topic. There are some basic error handling suggestions, like "document doesn't/does exist" and "cas mismatch", but there is nothing for error conditions like node failures, where the read from replica method(s) (GetAnyReplica and GetAllReplicas) would come into play.
