[CBSE] indexer_https_port 19102 missing from documentation

The page documenting Couchbase ports

https://docs.couchbase.com/server/current/install/install-ports.html

is missing the indexer_https_port which by default is 19102. It has the indexer_http_port 9102:

indexer_http_port   9102    indexer service    Yes    No    No

The additional entry should be

indexer_https_port 19102    indexer service    Yes    No    No

Or to match lines above that have both encrypted and unencrypted, they would be combined into a single entry:

indexer_http_port /     9102 / 19102    indexer service    Yes    No    No

indexer_https_port

This port is used instead of indexer_http_port when node-to-node encryption is enabled.

The missing documentation led to one of the problems reported in CBSE-10134.
