Use the latest image for quorum failover as the message on UI was tweaked

Recently, the unsafe failover warning on UI was tweaked at https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/MB-46722 
So the error message that is currently shown on documentations page at:
https://docs-staging.couchbase.com/server/7.0/manage/manage-nodes/failover-hard.html#hard-failover-with-unresponsive-nodes is outdated one (2nd image at unsafe failover warning). We must try it on latest build and attach the latest image.
