[CBM] Add documentation around 'hide dot files' on Samba

    Description

      What's the issue?
      When using samba, users should set the 'hide dot files' flag to 'no' (the default is 'yes'). This is because it can cause issues when overwriting hidden files (which may happen under a few separate circumstances).
