[CLI] The setting-audit documentation should mention /local and /couchbase

    Description

      What's the issue?
      The documentation doesn't currently mention that local users should have the '/local' postfix with using the '--disabled-users' flag.

      Note that in 'Neo' users will be able to supply '/couchbase' which will internally be translated into '/local'.
