Couchbase 6.6.2 on Big Sur

    Description

      We don't list Big Sur as a supported version for MacOS in the 6.6 documentation: https://docs.couchbase.com/server/current/install/install-platforms.html#supported-operating-systems

      We should:

      • Verify that this is supported, since 6.6 will be fully supported at least till Jan 2022. I did a basic sanity test (upgraded the existing version on my machine to 6.6.2) and didn't have any issues.
      • Reflect this in our documentation.
