Named collections do not work for the Go v2.3.0 SDK. See https://forums.couchbase.com/t/cant-insert-document-into-the-collection/31113.
I was following the tutorials building a project to check out v7 and I was unable to get things to work following the docs. v2.3.0 was just cut a few days ago. If we downgrade the SDK in the docs I think it should work.
