[CBM] Document that name for name remapping is valid for --map-data

What's the issue?
I don't believe our remapping documentation mentions that a scope/collection can be remapped to itself.

This may be used in the case where a scope/collection has been recreated and we want to restore data into it (as if it was the old one).
