Ottoman Getting Started Page

Should have a section for Ottoman / any ODM or similar important enough to need early signposting for the customers.

Contents:
This section introduces the what and the why, and official support position, and points to important mentions elsewhere in the SDK docs.

Some useful information that can help flesh out the page:

• Getting Started, we can refer to the Ottoman quick start and use try-ottoman repo as a reference since all the examples are based on travel sample  
• A  mention of “Currently supported for Query and Data Service (doesn’t include sub-document operation) only” would define the scope.
