Add 'cbdatarecovery' to the navigation bar in the documentation

What's the issue?
It looks like a couple of our tools are missing from the docs reference page; we should ensure they're all there.

What's the fix?
We should add nav partials in 'backup' and ensure they're referenced from in the 'docs-server' repo.
