• "Reading Unencrypted Fields" is not specific to migrating from SDK 2. You can use SDK 3 to write unencrypted fields, and then decide later you want those fields to be encrypted. Perhaps the "Reading Unencrypted Fields" section would be more at home under "Data Binding Example", as a sibling of "Using a custom ObjectMapper"?
