SDK - Capella WAN advice

In production, Couchbase relies on applications and Server sharing the same WAN or analogous AWS Availability Zone, for desired performance. Not to do so will result in timeouts, as well as poor performance.

In development, applications often live on a laptop remote from the Server - particularly with Capella deployments.

Currently, advice is given in diverse parts of the SDK docs on how to adjust timeouts to develop against Capella, but nothing is yet said in the Capella docs.

This Epic is to track both improvements in the utility of the SDK docs advice, and the creation of coverage in the Capella docs (although the latter's tickets will not be visible to all).
