Non-admin Eventing Function statistics under RBAC do not display.

    Description

      In the Eventing Functions controls for a limited RBAC user I can see RATE charts but I do not see the numeric stats of success, failure, backlog and timeout - the function is simple it only logs messages to the Application log (but it works).

      Manage Scope Functions [c02:_default] , Data Writer [metadata:_default:_default] , Data Reader [metadata:_default:_default] , Data Reader [c02:_default:*] , Data DCP Reader [c02:_default:*]

      I add "Data Monitor [c02:_default:*]" but still can't see the numeric stats in the Eventing Function's controls.
