N1QL can pick a random fts index when index or analyzer not passed in n1ql search query

When we run a n1ql search query without passing index name or analyzer in the query, n1ql will pick a random available indexes which may or may not return the expected results.

To force the n1ql search query to get expected results, users should pass right index name or analyzer in the query. This should be documented.
