    Description

Currently, MB-9982 info is in the release notes section of 7.1 documentation.
      https://docs-staging.couchbase.com/server/7.1/release-notes/relnotes.html

However, since MB-9982 is not a bug, the information for MB-9982 should not be in the release notes – the changes should not be identified as a "fix" – the changes are an improvement.

The same description can be used, but it should be moved to the what's new page ( https://docs-staging.couchbase.com/server/7.1/introduction/whats-new.html ) under XDCR improvements:

      XDCR Enhancements

XDCR checkpointing is now entirely persistent through topology-changes on the source cluster. This provides improved performance when failover and rebalance occur on the source cluster.
