Issue with n1ql queries/options

    Description

      All n1ql tests are currently failing (against 6.5) due to what appears to be a query option bug wherein, the query returns with the error `expected a boolean for readonly` . Setting the readonly option in the query options that I pass it doesn't always fix the problem; and if it does I end up getting a different `expected a <type> for <queyoption>` - last time it was the `statement`.

      I've attached the sdk logs (logSdk.txt.zip) and sdkd logs (logSdkd.txt) for the Failover Rebalance query test.
