document example of using CoreSendHook for logging request/response/timeout and hostname

In some monitoring use cases, we have a need to log response times (or request to timeout times) along with the responding or queued host.  The new CoreSendHook should allow for this.  Please document this use case at least in the javadoc if not in the docs monitoring section.
