    Description

      In a style consistent with what we're currently thinking of with SDK 3.0, add API that implements get, upsert, insert, replace, remove with support for scopes and collections.

          The first volatile implementation for internal use and testing collections is on the 2.7 client, it wont use the new core or break any api. Should we bump the major for this one?

          While it's built atop 2.7.0 code, putting it on that fix version implies we'll be shipping it in 2.7.1, which we won't though, right? This is on a separate branch/gerrit topic. We definitely don't want to ship it in 2.7.1.

          Yes, then it makes sense to call it 3.0.0-dp.
