Description
The DiagnosticsTests.shouldRunPing consistently fails, with a timeout, when the CouchbaseMock is enabled. The mock seems to not respond properly to the ping (a 400 of some sort I believe). The api waits for the expected response (a 200 with some json in there), and eventually times out.
I think this is 2 issues. The mock should respond properly, and probably the api should notice that it didn't timeout, but instead got a malformed/unexpected response. But first order of business is to get our automated tests running in Jenkins, so lets avoid this test failure (by not pinging the query service of the mock) for now.
