          Note on this one: Wayne Siu requested that we bring this into Java as uncommitted to support FTS testing. In particular, they want to get to where they can define an index across collections.

          Ideally they'd like to see this in December 2020.

          Per meeting 4 Jan 21, likely an addendum to the search index definition sdk-rfc, and TBD on what other RFCs need to be done.

          the pathfinding code I have in JCBC-1733 isn't checked in yet.  There is sufficient information in that change, and sufficient existing functionality to create and use an fts index on a single scope/collection. (it should be possible for multiple, but I haven't tried that).  There needs to be discussion/resolution on how much configuration  the sdk api will support (caller would use sdk methods, structures which in turn construct Map/JSON), and what will be left open (caller would construct a Map/JSON and pass that to the server).
