Description
When testing the durability constraints with ZERO for both replicate and persist, there is a noticeable drop in throughput due to the extra call to the server to check for these constraints.
Intuitively, since this is a "single" API that hides the functionality from the user, the user expects that supplying ZERO for both of these options should be the same speed as not supplying them at all.
