Description
To support better faster, more reliable response to configuration changes, the Java client should change from HTTP streaming configuration to the new memcached binary protocol method delivered under project CCCP.
In Java, this will necessitate a new constructor to start from hostname with an optional port number, as all current constructors are intended to be RESTful and use URIs.
