N1QL query no ops after server restart

    Description

      Running Select query first on a cluster of 4 nodes (1 of them is query and index enabled), and then restart all of the nodes of the cluster. After it completes restart, there is no query ops.

      After restart of the query node, it still shows connection refused exception
