Installing using prebuild-install fails with libtransactions_cxx.so.2: cannot open shared object file

prebuild-install WARN install libtransactions_cxx.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I presume the transactions library needs to be statically linked rather than dynamically.
