add ability to load balance across N1QL nodes added not through config

For an upcoming test, we'll need the ability to do a simple round robin across more than one N1QL node. Please add the ability to configure the client to do a simple round robin. It'd be great if this could be tested to handle failure scenarios, as the intent of this request is to be able to handle a scenario where one N1QL is taken down or fails.
