Invalid N1QL server responses cause exception to be thrown.

In the case of the N1QL server responding with an invalid JSON error body, the Node.js SDK fails to correctly handle the fact that there was no JSON to successfully parse.  When the SDK attempts to clean up the meta-data object and present errors instead, it throws trying to delete the errors portion of the metadata.
