    Description

      The couchbase-index-manager (https://github.com/brantburnett/couchbase-index-manager) relies on partition information to know when a partitioned index should be dropped and recreated because its partitions changed. This was provided by SDK 2 when using getAllIndexes, but is missing in SDK 3.
