Document All Options for BinaryCollection Methods for Proper TypeScript Types

Currently the BinaryCollection JSDoc annotations only show timeout as being a valid option; however, more are available as demonstrated in the KV article for the SDK, and tracing the source code shows the SDK is in fact extracting additional properties from options before making the call to the C library.

Since the TypeScript type definitions are being generated from these annotations these options are missing for TypeScript users without manually modifying the typings.
