    Description

       if I don’t have a database open, I get {{[Error: LCB_ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED (1024): The remote host refused the connection] { code: 1024 }}} on couchbase.connect

this is not an instance of CouchbaseError.

Is that a known exception to the usual https://docs.couchbase.com/nodejs-sdk/current/ref/error-codes.html codes, that should be documented there explicitly?

If so, are there other similar errors that aren’t wrapped that I should document?

      Or... should this be wrapped?
