core-io has bad module info from repackaged jackson

    Description

      Suggested release note:

      Removed `META-INF/versions/9/module-info.class` from the `core-io` jar. This file was associated with an improperly repackaged dependency, and never should have been there.

      the core-io jar has this entry:

      META-INF/versions/9/module-info.class

      This file is left over from repackaging Jackson, and causes conflicts with core-io's automatic module descriptor.
