traces not recorded for protostellar

Turning the kvThreshold down with protostellar seems to have no effect.  My guess is that this is because the tracing is not wired up to the new core IO handling, but as a user I would expect this option to work.

Specifically, adding:
env.thresholdLoggingTracerConfig().kvThreshold(Duration.ofMillis(1));
 
I saw no output.
