Reduce HTTP idle timeout from 4.5 seconds to 1 second

    Description

      Suggested release note:

      Reduced the default value for the `io.idleHttpConnectionTimeout` client setting to 1 second. The previous default (4.5 seconds) was too close to the 5-second server-side timeout, and could lead to spurious request failures.
