    Description

During a idle test, there are no keep alive messages sent after upgrading the client to 2.2.6. This is causing idle connections to be dropped and query requests to fail.

      in 2.2.5:

      Jun 02, 2016 2:35:47 PM com.couchbase.client.core.endpoint.AbstractGenericHandler onKeepAliveFired
      FINE: [/10.4.2.129:8093][QueryEndpoint]: KeepAlive fired

But nothing is logged during an idle session after the upgrade to 2.2.6
