Certificate Authentication support for Java SDK

In support of certificate authentication as being contributed through Open Source, this change is to update the bootstrap such that after the cert auth is completed, the client will send the opcode for opening the specified bucket. A JCBC may also be required.

Manik Taneja is working on this feature and will post a changeset to the couchbase-jvm-core project on gerrit.
