Major Description
We recently removed community operator repo for Openshift. The CSV needs to be added back to community operator repo.
The community CSV will need to meet the following conditions:
- Base image of some Rhel variant
- Publicly accessible
Currently neither our dockerhub nor RH catalog image meet both requirements. This can be done with a new repo on quay, or theoretically a community-operator dockerhub repo.
