OLM reports invalid status fields

    Description

      When creating a cluster on Operatorhub using OLM (Operator Lifecycle Manager), the status of the cluster reports that the following fields of the status spec are invalid:

      The field status.members is invalid
      		 
      The field status.conditions is invalid

      These errors occur because the format of these fields in the cluster spec do not match the expected format for the fields.
