Backup Permissions Issue with Beta

    Description

      The new operator-backup image uses the user couchbase to do all its operations.
      Without setting the fsGroup in the PodSecurityContext, which runs the backup_script, it does not have permission to create the backup folders and files as well as logs which means backup will not be performed.

      A fix is available in http://review.couchbase.org/123452 which are the final changes for the backup tests.
