    Description

If you run cbopinfo for a non-existent namespace, this is the output you get:

      ./bin/cbopinfo --namespace i_dont_exist
no CouchbaseCluster resources discovered in name space i_dont_exist
no Couchbase Operator Deployment resource discovered in name space (check the -operator-image flag is correctly set) i_dont_exist
nothing to collect in name space i_dont_exist

It would be better (if this is possible) for the error to say that the namespace doesn't exist, rather than saying there is no CouchbaseCluster resource or Operator Deployment in that namespace.
