Update operator-backup revision for OpenShift

    Description

      Our current operator-backup image has a grade of "C" in the Red Hat Container Catalog owing to basing on an old image when it was built.

      After the latest operator-backup image is published, update the revision that is generated. As of this writing, it's -4 to -5.

      Also, release note that 2.0.0 references an image with a vulnerability that is low risk.
