Incremental Backup always shows warning messages

    Description

      Whenever an incremental backup is taken, the logs always show these messages

      2020-11-23 20:16:23,403 - root - INFO - backup archive /data/backups already exists
      		 
      2020-11-23 20:16:23,403 - root - WARNING - an incremental job was first run.
      		 
      2020-11-23 20:16:23,404 - root - WARNING - please make sure you alter your schedules so a full backup is performed first

      We should change this so it only shows if the backup is actually running the first time.
