Doc: Reference->Couchbase Cluster seems misleading

I was looking for a reference guide for configuration of the Operator and so navigated to "Reference". In there I found a section called "Couchbase Cluster" which I assumed would contain reference material related to the Couchbase Cluster topic of the Operator. Unfortunately, it only contains a single page referring to "CouchbaseCluster Services" (https://docs.couchbase.com/operator/current/reference-couchbasecluster-services.html) and I had to re-discover Reference->ResourceTypes which contains only Couchbase related items.

I think it would be helpful to rename and/or consolidate those sections a bit so that browsing the navigation is a bit more intuitive.
