Check for gaps in existing test coverage

Inspired by K8S-2061, we should go back through our existing test coverage and check we have satisfactory coverage of other components. I don't know if there will be a better way to do this other than manually comparing features & components with their respective tests, but if anyone has any ideas I'm definitely open to them! I appreciate that this will likely take a long time, but we can slowly work on it over time.
